Sometimes described as "digital natives", the young generation are the first to be have interacting with screens from their earliest years.
This is having an a profound effect on their postures and shape of their growing spines. In Physiotherapy practice, we are already seeing children with postures that we would previously only expected to see in the 35-50 year olds.
Helping our children correct the impact screen time is having on their growing bodies is essential to their physical development.
"Wedge-time" is a great way of helping them stretch and restore balanced posture.
"If I had one item to take to a desert island, it would be the Balance Wedge. It has made a huge difference to my neck and upper back. It's in daily use and an integral part of my exercise routine."
